Our shipping and handling fees are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling, packing, and delivery of the products you purchase. For more detailed information regarding shipping and handling please review our shipping information.
In stock products ship from our facility within two to three business days. However many items are customized products and lead times will vary and can take up to six weeks. Please contact our customer service department at 603-935-5992 to determine the lead time for your specific order. Please refer to the product description for details on the lead times for these items.
Orders must be prepaid by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. If you need to return an item please call our Customer Service Center at 603-935-5992 to obtain a return authorization number and specific instructions regarding your return.
No returns will be accepted without our return authorization number and must be returned with original packing material. Any return shipped and received back to us that is not in âlike newâ condition will not be credited.
We go to great lengths to ensure that your product reaches you safely. Despite our efforts, there are times when our products are damaged during transit.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Items should be taken out of their box completely and thoroughly examined for damage. Used items cannot be replaced. Damage claims must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Please note that damaged items will need to be picked up by the shipper in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipments are not insurable. Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for US Postal Service shipments including those shipments sent to P.O. Boxes.

All products are shipped via common carrier. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses and US territorial possessions may ship via Priority Mail. These shipments are not trackable or insurable and delivery time may take up to 30 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for lost shipments.
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same package. We regret that we currently do not offer shipments to international locations.

We realize that purchasing furniture online may produce some anxiety. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will be happy to accept your returned LifeDeskâ¢ within 30 days of receipt, should you find it unsatisfactory in any way.
Please contact customer service at 603-935-5992 for a Return Authorization Number for the return shipment and upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that all products must be received in “like new” condition and include all original packaging materials prior to credit being issued.

All moving and electrical parts come with a full two-year replacement warranty and the steel structural frame is covered under a five year warranty.
The shipping and handling charge depends upon the destination, service level, and weight and size of your shipment and are calculated at the time of checkout.
