Mobile instructions/Universal mode.

To get start, download the mobile app to your IOS or Android device.

When you start the app, you’ll be asked if you want to connect to a Bluetooth-enabled workstation or if you would like to use the app in Universal Mode.

The Universal mode allows users of any sit-stand workstation to create a transition plan and set transition reminders to improve desk usage from their desktop or mobile device.

The connected mode when used in conjunction with a blue-tooth enabled sit-stand desk from 40 different manufacturers, allows users to control and monitor their desk from their desktop or mobile device, create a transition plan, establish goals, program memory settings for proper heights.

Universal Mode

After selecting Universal Mode, you will see the app’s home screen.

From here, you can access Support and your Settings.

To begin tracking your transitions between sitting and standing, you’ll need to sign-up for an account or login.

You will also need to sign-up or login to set your height, get height recommendations, set a transition plan and view your data.

Login or Sign Up

Tap the “gear” icon in the lower right corner of your screen.

Tap Log In in the “General” section

Note, if you are not logged in, you may be prompted to create an account or login depending on the features you want to access.


Enter your email address and password.

If you do not have a login, tap the “Sign Up” button.

Sign Up

To create a new account, enter your email address and password in the passwords and password confirmation fields

Once you have created your account, you can login using the steps above.


From the Home screen, which is accessible via the Home icon in the lower left corner of the app, you can start tracking how long you have been sitting or standing.

Tap the “play” button in the “Posture” section.

The app will ask you set your initial posture. Simply tap the text that applies.

The Home screen will then show your current posture as Sitting or Standing and will display a “pause” button.

If you leave your desk, simply tap the “pause” button to return to an “Away” status. When you return, tap the “play” button and you will be prompted to select your posture.

To change your posture from sitting to standing or standing to sitting, tap the “pause” button and then simply tap the “play” button and select  your new posture.

Transition Plan

By setting a transition  plan, you can receive notifications and reminders to change your posture.

To set a Transition plan:

If you have never set a transition plan or if you have selected “none” previously, tap the “Learn More” button on your Home Screen. You will be asked if you want to choose a transition plan. Tap “OK.”

If you have priviously set a transition plan, you can go to your Settings to select new transition plan.

Select one of the recommended Transition Plans designed to optimize your workstation usage.

Once you have made a selection,  you use the back arrow at the to of the screen or select the “Home” icon to return to the Home screen and see your plan. Your selected plan will appear below the clock icon and your timer will begin counting down to your next transition.

If you would like to transition sooner, tap the “Transition” button. You will be prompted to confirm that you have changed your posture to sitting or standing depending on your starting position.

View Your Data

Logged in users can view the transition data for the day, the week, or the month.

Simply tap the “Chart” icon at the bottom of the app screen and then use the tabs at the top to select the desired data range.

Set Your Height

By setting your height, you can receive recommended workstation height settings for sitting and standing.

Tap the Settings icon.

Tap My Height from the Preferences section.

Use your finger to drag the orange dot at the bottom of the screen until your height is showing in the “Your Height” bar.

Tap “Set Recommended Heights” so that you can refer to these settings when you transition your desk or workstation.
