The LifeDesk app for your SmartLegs allows you to set a transition plan. By setting a transition plan, you can receive notifications and reminders to change your posture, optimizing your desk usage.

Real-time Visibility and Occupancy Data
Employees can view the real-time list or image of available desks upon arrival for desk hoteling environments and book via their computer or mobile app.
Employees can make one day or multi-day reservations by selecting from available workstations within the area they plan on working.
Occupancy data is updated when the employee arrives at their workstation, registers and begins work in hot-desking environments.

Rapid Deployment and Easy Setup
Simply go to the administration screen, enter each of your company’s physical locations and install one of our sensors underneath your workstations.
Then register each workstation in three easy steps:
- connect the sensor to our cloud software
- enter the desk name/number and department
- select a company location
A minimum of 10 participants is required for proper administration of the program.
We will report on data obtained through questionnaires administered before and after the program measuring the subjective impact of the app on users’ comfort, health and productivity.
We will also provide actual metrics related to daily transitions, percent of time standing, active users and calories burned.
Finally, we will extrapolate ROI based on utilization rates demonstrated during the Pilot Program.
After the duration of the Pilot Program, you can continue to receive reports outlining the data anonymously collected from the program participants for $25 per user per year.
